"IMA American Association of certified public accountants and the first Chinese management accounting education seminar" was held at University of International Business and Economics at April, 9th. Yuanlue Fu, the deputy director of our center, attended the meeting and made a keynote speech. The conference held by University of International Business and Economics and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) .IMA Global Vice President Jim Gurowka, distinguished experts Gary Cokins Professor, chief representative of China Mr. JunJiang Bai, academic manager Ms. Madan, director of the National Bureau of foreign experts Zheng Jie, chairman of the administrative committee of University of International Business and Economics, the secretary of school Party Committee Ling Wang, and Peking University professor Liyan Wang, RenMin University of China Professor Huacheng Wang, University of International Business and Economics Professor Xinmin Zhang and more than 60 accounting education experts attended this conference. In order to meet the needs of economic transformation and development of China, response to the call of Ministry of finance, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation of management accounting, explore new patter of Chinese management accounting education, thus promote the development rapidly of Chinese management accounting, IMA and University of International Business and Economics established the IMA International Education Demonstration Center, and lead more than 40 domestic well-known accounting education experts to establish the IMA (China) education steering committee". Peking University professor Liyan Wang was engaged as director of the committee, Professor Yuanlue Fu , Professor Huacheng Wang, Renmin University of China, Professor HuaCheng Wang, University of International Business and Economics professor XinMin Zhang was engaged as vice chairman of the committee, as well as more than 20 well-known universities domestic accounting education experts from  Sun Yat-sen University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics were hired as a committee member. After event, IMA distinguished expert Gary Cokins, Professor Lue Fu Yuan, Professor Liyan Wang, Professor Xinmin Zhang, Central University of Finance and Economics Professor Meng Yan, Shanghai University of Finance and economics Professor Fei Pan and other experts have a brilliant speeches and seminars about new development of management accounting in the theory and practice. They talked about the current situation and the future of China of management accounting education in academic field, and make some useful suggestions to college and university to cultivate outstanding management accounting professionals. Under the specific circumstances of Chinese colleges and universities, in order to introduce the international advanced management accounting education ideas and knowledge system and promote the construction of Chinese university management accounting curriculum system and the sharing platform, University of International Business and Economics IMA international education demonstration center executive director, Professor Jun Pu announced the "IMA higher education support program". The project aimed at integrating teaching resources of domestic and foreign when confronting weak links and sticky problems of cooperative institutions in management accounting field, and drawing a series of high-end  plans about discipline construction, teachers, talent training. The project also could strengthen management accounting basic education and talent training of management accounting. It is reported that many domestic and foreign well-known institutions, including Penn State University and Washington State University, has become the authorized institutions of the project. This seminar is an unprecedented academic seminar in the domestic management accounting education field, and it has important significance to promote the development of management accounting education of China and training pattern of talent. At the same time, our university accounting could strengthen cooperation with each other through the "IMA higher education support program", share resource, co-culture management accounting practical talents, broaden students' approaches to employment, and enhance the employability and competitiveness.
