On the afternoon of April 20, "the first base construction work conference of the Accounting Development Research Center of Xiamen University, the key research base of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of education, in 2022" was held in the conference room on the 5th floor of the school of management. The meeting was presided over by Yu Lisheng, vice president of the school of management.

Professor Liu Feng, the director of the base, first explained the main problems and difficulties faced in the current construction of the base from the aspects of scientific research, talent training, academic exchange, data and information construction, suggestions on assets and government, deepening the reform of scientific research system and mechanism, and put forward the future improvement direction and specific measures.

The deputy director of Lin Shun of the Social Sciences Division pointed out that the base should further strengthen personnel integration, do a good job in filling in the management system information, pay attention to brand building and publicity, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with domestic peers.

Du Xingqiang, director of the accounting department, put forward suggestions and opinions on further improving the work of the base from the aspects of promoting resource integration, strengthening achievement management and activating academic exchanges. It emphasizes further standardizing the signature of the base's achievements and academic activities.

President Li Jianfa of the school of management said that the base is an important supporting platform for the discipline construction of the school. The school attaches great importance to the base construction and will take effective measures to fully support the development of the accounting development center. Li Jianfa stressed that the base should further improve its working position, strengthen the awareness of benchmarking, strengthen external publicity, team building, advisory services, brand building, give full play to the role of the national team of the base, carry out high-level academic exchanges, and produce high-quality and landmark scientific research achievements, so as to better serve the national and regional economic and social development.
