Project Source/Phase VI
Center for Accounting Studies of Xiamen University
The society has entered the era of digital intelligence, ChatGPT has entered the practical stage from concept, accounting practice is splitting, and the business environment on which accounting and enterprises depend is being reconstructed. Accounting research is once again facing the challenge of paradigm shift. In terms of research methods and theories, accounting circles need to face the new environment and put forward new paradigms. The contents, methods and means of accounting teaching also need to be changed, so as to better face the requirements of the era of digital intelligence and better face the "α generation" college students.
We are thinking, trying and acting on these problems. This summer, come to the Furong Lake of Xiamen University and let's discuss it together. Under the five old peaks, let's conceive together. Let's take action and add some color to the boring accounting research and teaching.
In order to further help college teachers to improve their scientific research ability and teaching level, the Accounting Development Research Center of Xiamen University, the key research base of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, will hold the "Sixth Special Seminar for Young Key Teachers" on July 10-12, 2023 in Siming Campus of Xiamen University, which has a "maritime garden institution and a strong southern China".
