Title: Capital Budgeting Management Framework and Its Related Problems

Abstract: This speech is divided into two major parts: First, introduce the systematic management framework of Capital Budgeting, including definitions, characteristics, importance, systematical management framework, relevant decision variables, key concepts, and evaluation techniques; Second, discuss some related issues of Capital Budgeting, such as inflation, risk, unequal life, capital rationing, new manufacturing environment, subsequent decision, discontinuance, and social and behavior effect.

Dr.Caiyuan Lin is distinguished professor in the Institute of management research and Accounting Information. He obtained Master degree and PhD (graduated) from Taiwan's National Chengchi University Institute of Accounting Research, and Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy of American M & N University, and has professional accountants and securities analysts. He was former Taiwan Zhongshan University Bursar, executive vice president of Sun Yat-sen, vice president of Evergreen University and Hsing-Kuo University Rector.
The main research areas include Advanced Management Accounting, Advanced Financial Statement Analysis, Cost Management and Higher and Higher financial management. Author several best-selling textbook in Taiwan universities, such as the latest financial statement analysis, financial statement analysis, summary of management accounting, management accounting and modern management accounting. Guide more than one hundred masters and doctors. He served as director of Rongxin CPA Certified Public Accountants, and management consultant and general manager of several companies, as well as independent director of a number of Taiwan Business Bank. Dr.Caiyuan Lin is a vivacity person with rich knowledge and dense interpersonal networks, a Taiwan minority senior with rich accounting and financial government and academic experience.
